Summary
An Account Supervisor for Bread & Butter’s Los Angeles office will be responsible for overall strategy for clients, as well as managing account teams on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring client goals are met, as well as client retention
* Overseeing and mentoring account teams
* Ensuring adherence to company practices and standards, as well as culture development
* Cultivating talent and new employee recruitment
* Working with the leadership and financial teams to meet budgets & projections
Ideal Candidate
Candidate should possess personnel & account management skills, be an action-oriented leader, be able to deliver results and have a passion for excellence.
* 5+ years of hospitality and/or lifestyle PR experience, preferably with agency vs. in-house
* High level contacts with national hospitality and lifestyle media
* Experience managing account teams, budgets & meeting goals
