Windows Desktop Technology Consultant, Mid

• Develop relationships with client and customer technical staff and end users.
• Analyze client and customer business needs.
• Research and propose products, systems, and solutions, as appropriate.
• Provide product development and implementation support.
• Lead deployment teams in roll-outs at client and customer work sites.
• Perform or assist with customer and client training.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with client facing IT problem solving with Microsoft Windows desktop systems
• Knowledge of IT systems, including Windows desktop environments and Microsoft Active Directory
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing in high pressure troubleshooting efforts in contact with client executives
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• BA or BS degree
