Training Specialist, Mid

* Design and conduct training programs. * Maintain responsibility for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials, and managing all phases of training interventions. * Formulate and execute New Equipment Training (NET) in concert with fielding activities. * Provide refresh and reset and over-the-shoulder training and perform other duties, as assigned.

**Basic Qualifications:** - Experience with military systems - Experience with military training or 4 years of experience in military service, including E6 or higher - Ability to exhibit flexibility, initiative, and innovation when dealing with ambiguous and fast-paced situations - Ability to lead multiple teams, manage relationships, and be a key contributor in training efforts - Secret clearance - BS degree or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree **Additional Qualifications:** - Possession of excellent data-gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills **Clearance:** - Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
