Training Specialist, Mid

• Design and conduct training programs.
• Maintain responsibility for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials, and managing all phases of training interventions.
• Formulate and execute New Equipment Training (NET) in concert with fielding activities.
• Provide refresh and reset and over-the-shoulder training and perform other duties, as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with military systems
• Experience with military training or 4 years of experience in military service, including E6 or higher
• Ability to exhibit flexibility, initiative, and innovation when dealing with ambiguous and fast-paced situations
• Ability to lead multiple teams, manage relationships, and be a key contributor in training efforts
• Secret clearance
• BS degree or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Possession of excellent data-gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
