Test Engineer, Senior

* Plan, resource, coordinate, oversee, and execute the unmanned vehicle T&E program. * Apply expertise in the planning, budgeting, and execution of major programs and projects that involve complex tasks with significant budget and schedule issues. * Apply expertise in direct program management responsibility for Navy acquisition programs, contracts, and science and technology projects involving unmanned surface vehicles and unmanned undersea vehicles development, testing, and training. * Apply experience with developing and preparing contract mods and task instructions, cost estimates, developing and implementing financial and project budget management plans, and directly communicating and coordinating with other areas of the Program Management Office (PMO), including Business Finance Manager, Quality Assurance (QA) and Test Director, Systems Engineering, and others technical teams, as needed, in performing the duties listed above. * Initiate and facilitate working groups, including T&E working integrated product team (WIPT) and provide program liaison support with Navy Warfare Centers and activities and Department of Defense (DoD) organizations.

**Basic Qualifications:** - 10+ years of experience with leading and supporting DoD or government T&E efforts -Experience with the requirements of DoD 5000 series documents, including SECNAVINST 5000.02E and the Defense Acquisition Guide (DAG) - Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel - Knowledge of OPTEVFOR and or MCOTEA-Secret clearance-BA or BS degree **Additional Qualifications:** - Ability to lead a team - Ability to be detail-oriented-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills - BA or BS degree in a STEM field preferred - PMP Certification **Clearance:** - Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
