Pricing Analyst, Mid

• Provide pricing support to proposals across a wide range of sizes and complexity.
• Support analyses and strategy development for high visibility procurements while ensuring compliance with firm estimating systems.
• Design, develop, and prepare cost models and cost narratives and proposals and provide guidance and council to clients on all aspects of proposal preparation, including price point, account and market wage analyses, RFP analysis, FAR, CAS, disclosure and compliance issues, terms, pricing strategies, business risks, and cost proposal content.
• Research and conduct competitive analyses.
• Review and check work of fellow analysts.
• Maintain responsibility for proposals across specific accounts or markets and supervise other analysts.

• 2 years of experience with pricing, accounting, finance, or contracting
• Knowledge of the FAR, the government acquisition process, and the difference between cost and price
• Experience with modeling in Excel
• Ability to analyze and communicate effectively with senior leadership
• Ability to work flexible hours in a deadline driven environment
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• BA or BS degree
• 2-5 years of experience with federal government contract pricing
• Experience with professional services or systems development proposals
• Experience in the consulting services environment
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Access, and Word
• Cost Estimating, Contract Management, or Proposal Management Certification
