Summary
The Research Clerk is primarily responsible for providing extensive research of the check imaging systems, statement systems, wire systems and pre-conversion optical systems. After receiving requests from both internal and external customers through the internal case management system along with subpoena requests from the Senior Research Clerk, the requests are completed and sent out according to method requested.
Responsibilities
* Researches current and pre-conversion systems for checks, statements, deposit and all other items related to subpoenas, litigation investigations, litigation requests, and customers requests (both internally externally). Scans completed subpoena requests for archival purposes. * Researches various systems for checks, statements, and deposits for all departments of the bank; reconstructs items for customers both internal and external. Performs all research on multiple BOKF systems (those used by all business lines) and pre-conversion systems for all government agencies and legal requests the bank and/ or our customers are involved in. * Maintains records of through scanning of all requests, imaging, and pre-conversion look-ups in accordance with the BOKF Records Management Policy and Procedures. * Performs relief duties for other research clerks during leaves of absence; assists other departments within Legal Operations when needed for backup purposes. * Performs quality reviews of all records pertaining to subpoenas and litigation research to ensure accuracy and compliance with the legal order.
Ideal Candidate
* Basic math skills * Excellent organization and research skills * Excellent PC, software application and file maintenance skills * Excellent oral written communications skills, including proper telephone etiquette * Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality * This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of high school and 12 months in bank operations.
