Trust Administrator, PCA/IMA

Private Client Access (PCA) is BMO Private Bank’s central administration team. We have two teams, located in Milwaukee and Chicago. PCA is responsible for telephone based administration of trust relationships under $1 million, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts (ILITs) and transaction and regulatory responsibility for Investment Management Accounts (IMAs) and Individual Retirement Trusts (IRTs, aka IRAs).

The position for a PCA Trust administrator will be primarily responsible for administration of investment management accounts and some small trust relationship while working closely with market based lead relationships managers, including portfolio managers, private bankers, trust advisors and wealth advisors.

• Compliance with BMO Private Bank policies and procedures
• Satisfy and exceed PCA customer expectations and those of internal colleagues that utilize PCA
• Work with internal departments, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Special Assets, etc. as needed to ensure proper documentation and compliance
• Maintain appropriate contact with customers and relationship teams; and
• Timely completion of responses to regulatory projects, audits and compliance reviews.

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• 3-5 years of related experience in trust administration
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle large volume of accounts
