Logistics Technician

The Technician is responsible for assisting the Supervisor or Market Supervisor with the successful completion of projects within the target markets by performing the physical work procedures. This position is based in Atlanta, GA with travel throughout the southeast periodically.

* Assist with the supervision of the labor force on all projects * Complete specialized tasks assigned by Market Supervisor or Supervisor * Perform general restoration work procedures on projects * Assist with accurate scanning of equipment and/or materials used on projects * Ensures proper PPE is utilized when necessary and report safety issues to the Market Supervisor * Able to utilize the different types of meters and Infrared Camera effectively to determine extent of damage on projects * Assist with stocking or restocking vehicles and ensure all vehicles are clean and free of debris at all times * Report damaged equipment to Market Supervisor or Supervisor in timely manner * Participate in professional development when available * Perform proper decontamination of all equipment used on projects * Flexibility to react to emergencies after hours, weekends and holidays and able to respond to local and remote losses, CAT, and specialty projects * Input receipts within one week of purchase * Perform other duties as required or assigned * Critical Competencies
