Senior Product Manager

Blackhawk Network, Inc. provides prepaid and payments products in the United States and Canada. It offers card-based financial solutions and third-party prepaid cards. Its products include the gift card mall with premium-branded retail gift cards, general-purpose gift cards, ticket and sports cards, telecommunications cards and phones, and prepayment reloadable debit cards.

As a Product Manager on the OmniCommerce team, you will own the strategy and execution of more than one of our product lines.

• Build, develop and manage the product roadmap for services and features
• Improve customer experiences flow while iterating features with better UX designs
• Manage from concept to launch, collaborating with internal experts and clients to produce intelligent and insightful products and create holistic solutions partnering with technical program managers and engineers to deliver on product roadmap.
• Own the launch and release plans, collaborating with Account Managers, Marketing, and Sales to ensure proper prioritization of product features
• Leverage deep understanding of competitive landscape to identify distinctive advantages and apply them in our solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 4+ years of technical product management experience
• Experience in managing end to end product launches
• Experience developing SaaS products and technologies
• Usage of Scrum/Agile methodologies and understanding of Agile tools such as JIRA and Rally
• Expert in writing Specs / Use case flows
• Positive attitude, and a collaborative approach
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA
• Understanding of the Gift Cards space
• Understanding of CRM systems such as SalesForce
• Understanding of Payments space
