Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for our cloud service who will drive product direction, and align product strategy, planning, and execution with AtHoc’s corporate business strategy.

* Execute inbound product management and outbound product marketing activities * Drive market and product segmentation Define product requirements based on customer needs, competitive offerings, advisory boards, and technology trends * Work closely with engineering to ensure timely delivery of product deliverables and releases * Help identify, establish business relationships, and work with key technology/OEM/product partners, channels, and customers * Work closely with Customer Success team to develop and facilitate customer advocacy function * Pitch and present products to all constituencies, continuously ensuring communication of product strategy * Develop and communicate differentiated value propositions and messaging for AtHoc’s platform and applications

**Requirements** * Deep hands-on experience in the development of complex enterprise software platforms with multiple product lines and vertical markets * 5+ years of increasingly responsible roles in Product Management * Working experience with user interaction and with UI/UX experts * Familiarity with multiple software development methodologies (e.g. waterfall, agile) * A keen eye for the precise details of building great software products **Desirable** * Knowledge of and experience in software as a service * Deep domain experience with the public safety market and emergency management market, in particular mass notification, physical security, e911 and/or Computer Aided Dispatch systems (CAD) * Experience working and interacting with government/public sector customer base **Education** * MBA or equivalent experience * Engineering / technology background is strongly weighted
