Senior Software Engineer

We serve the entire social good community, which includes nonprofits, foundations, corporations, education institutions, and the individual change agents who support them.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building and testing new features for emerging products. You’ll work as a member of the technology team to collaborate with UX and product management to define new features, as well as our support team to troubleshoot bug fixes and build tools that improve the internal developer experience.

We practice continuous delivery and work in a consistent (but not fanatical) agile environment. We believe that teams should have ownership of their solutions from inception to delivery, and have built a dev-ops culture around that belief.

We’re not too worried about experience with a specific stack – instead, we value curiosity, creativity, and experience shipping a real product using contemporary technologies. Our ideal engineer is pedantic about details but pragmatic about decision-making; self-directed in their work but collaborative in nature; opinionated about contemporary software development practices but open-minded to contrasting views.
