Financial Edge Existing Account Executive

As a key member of the Blackbaud Sales Team, the Financial Solutions Existing Account Executive will be responsible for selling Blackbaud’s financial solutions to our existing Raiser’s Edge, GMBU client base.

* Managing sales activities to exceed assigned revenue objectives. * Providing a strategic plan to penetrate key opportunities. * Providing tactical plans and business cultivation strategies with specific measurable time frames to make contact with existing, development office personnel and expand that relationship to develop business office opportunities. * Executing aggressively on the plan to position Blackbaud as solution of choice and to complement their existing BB product portfolio. * Becoming a “trusted business advisor” to key executives in each account, particularly at the highest level of the business office. (CFO) * Differentiating Blackbaud’s solution by positioning key product and solution offerings in particular the new, FE NXT packages. * Providing accurate and timely sales forecasts to management including daily activity management with our SFDC application. * Engaging internal resources and necessary and providing direction and leadership in each sales engagement.

* Experience selling/navigating a complex sale. * A proven track record of consistent over quota achievement within your currently assigned role * A track record of achieving your daily activity requirements with regards to CRM maintenance and prospecting activities * The position requires approximately 10% travel * BS/BA is required
