Business Strategy Manager Senior

Responsible for directing the company’s/business unit’s long range planning and development program to ensure the best use of its resources in accordance with objectives for growth and profitability.

* Directs the company’s/business unit’s long range planning and development program to ensure the best use of its resources in accordance with objectives for growth and profitability. * Defines and implements plans for the achievement of the company’s/business unit’s goals and objectives to ensure growth and profitability. * Demonstrates knowledge of corporate policies and procedures. * Leads, directs and trains team effectively. * Manages the performance of subordinates and of self. * Sets challenging but attainable performance objectives. * Monitors progress to performance objectives and eliminates obstacles when possible. * Manages budgeting and financial forecasting, and achieves forecasted financial results for assigned cost centers. * Performs other related duties as assigned. **Additional Information/Specific Duties:** * Manage the P&L for Active Insight and the Data Sciences Platform, driving profitability, top-line growth and efficiencies * Develop and manage the Product Strategy and Roadmap, coordinating with D&A Market Leaders and Executives, BKFS Product Strategy and Executive Leadership and Sales Executives * Develop product proformas and business cases including pricing, packaging, sales volumes, development costs, etc. * Research and document customer requirements and needs through direct customer interaction, surveys or other research * Define Marketing and Sales campaigns to general channel specific sales opportunities * Coordinate messaging, packaging of Active Insight across D&A Market Leaders and their respective channels. * Lead the technology and development teams and serve the role as the Product Owner for the SCRUM development process * Coordinate across cross-functional teams to the deliver Active Insight as part of the broader LoanSphere product strategy

* Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in a related field; Master’s degree preferred. * Knowledge of corporate policies and procedures * Knowledge of Black Knight’s products and services * Knowledge of banking technology * Considerable domain knowledge in at least one banking discipline * Skill in relevant banking technology * Skill in budgeting * Established track record of involvement in industry trade groups, preferred * Ability to independently interact with executive level clients * Ability to operate independently * Ability to exhibit solid decision-making and problem solving * Ability to lead under pressure with independent judgment * Ability to demonstrate an established track record of involvement in industry trade group * Ability to lead, direct and manage effectively * Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
