You’re adept at juggling a diverse set of responsibilities and keep your cool in the busiest of environments. You’re incredibly organized, flexible, and you pride yourself on your communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Become a trusted advisor for a team of Principals (namely our COO, CMO, and CFO). Keep them on track and ensure they’re always in the right place at the right time * Manage their tightly-packed and constantly changing daily schedule of meetings, interviews and phone calls. Stay ahead of every meeting, keep detailed notes and intuit the right amounts of time to spend on each. Tightly budget meeting time so they are focused on the right tasks, given agreed priorities * Develop and assist with preparation of presentation material. Review and summarize reports and documents. Prepare meeting materials, agendas and take meeting notes * Manage executive relationships and engagements * Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth, open communication. Ensure more effective and productive access to Principals * Schedule and plan business travel, including detailed day-by-day itineraries * Recognize opportunities where you can provide leverage and increase efficiency * Ensure deadlines are met, questions are answered and requests are addressed proactively and promptly
Ideal Candidate
* 3-4 years as an Executive Assistant or similar experience, Bachelor’s Degree * Experience interacting with Executives at all levels * Highly organized self-starter with ability to handle multiple priorities at once * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Collaborative team player with great initiative * Superior judgment, professionalism, poise, and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality * Must be intuitive, able to anticipate needs and develop options * Demonstrated proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Suite as well as the ability to stay on top of new tools and technologies through an interest and passion to constantly learn
