Responsibilities
We are seeking an Underwriting Loan Processor with 1-3 years of analytical/administrative experience with large loans -- GSE multifamily experience is preferred. The Underwriting Loan Processor's primary responsibilities will be to support the Underwriting Team in their day-to-day financial, market, and underwriting analysis of multifamily loans. This is an excellent opportunity to be thoroughly educated about the underwriting of multifamily mortgages and to train under the premier programs (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac). This position affords the opportunity to work closely with our Underwriting Team on the preparation of loan applications and submissions to GSE agencies. The position is located in Boston, MA. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Partner with third party vendors to obtain quotes, coordinate inspection scheduling and track invoices and reports on projects - Ensure compliance with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac processes for loan submission by creating the required loan application exhibit request, maintaining exhibit files, performing credit checks and assisting in the investor submission process - Initiate loan application process and maintain electronic and physical records - Execute fund transfers, process third party invoices and complete loan expense reports throughout loan process - Schedule loan committee meetings and prepare loan committee packages, including organizing site inspection photos/maps and updating project files for loan committee - Prepare travel arrangements and process expense reports for Underwriting Team, as needed - Provide operating statement and rent roll spreads in an accurate and timely manner, as needed - Support Underwriting Team in various administrative tasks as requested

**CORE COMPETENCIES** - Highly developed analytical, research and written/oral presentation skills - Demonstrated ability to organize & prioritize projects; complete multiple tasks on schedule - Ability to work productively under minimal supervision - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in EXCEL and Word - Strong work ethic - Proactive team player, able to work effectively under sometimes stressful conditions. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Bachelor’s degree preferrered - 1-3 years analytical/administrative experience
