Summary
The Client & Data Integration Manager is also expected to assist in improving the team's technical ability, utilization, and overall efficiency by establishing best practices and creating individual development plans and processes for a world class technical organization. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who enjoys being hands on, has great communication skills, and possesses strong leadership and coaching abilities to help guide successful development strategies.
Responsibilities
* Understanding of a standard typical Software Development Life Cycle * Maintain knowledge of new client exchange development & architectural principles and approaches. * Utilize and conform to design standards and methodologies. * Develop and maintain overall knowledge of business applications and all 3rd party components. * Work with Data Architects to determine file/database structure design and definition. * Work with Application Architects to assure design and conformance to best practices. * Help SA/BA document specifications. * Utilize test plans and tools to validate quality of deployment deliverables. * Participate in design and documentation reviews. * Work with architects and analysts to design and implement enhancements and future release. * Assist in developing quality and performance benchmarks for the systems. * Provide estimates and status on work deliverables to project management. * Keep analysts, developers, and management informed of all relevant issues.
Ideal Candidate
**Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent. **Relevant Work Experience:** * 5+ years of progressive experience in technical environments * 5+ years of progressive leadership roles, formal or informal * Experience in the behavioral health industry * Strong project management experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * High level of ability operating in Microsoft Project * A strong understanding of the following: * Microsoft Visio or other diagramming software * Workflow software * Microsoft SharePoint * SDLC or other methodology * Documenting and auditing * Data Modeling and design tools * Microsoft Development Platform (.NET, ASP.NET & C#)
