Oracle Business Analyst

Responsibilities include: - Completes assigned reporting duties associated with month-end, quarter-end and year end close processes - Ensures the results of the Domestic Corporation are reported in a timely and accurate manner, subsequent to the completion of each month end close - Investigates, documents and understands new and existing technical Oracle EBS functionality in a proactive manner - Works closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) or super users in their functional areas - Leads the Finance department as the liaison within IT and Oracle; troubleshoots issues for both Domestic and China operations - Considers and recommends efficiencies in any of the domestic accounting processes or procedures; ensures the current processes are documented and maintained - Assists with annual audit preparation and, along with the rest of Banner the team, communicates and coordinates with the audit team in order for the audit team to complete their assignments quickly and completely - Ensures compliance with all of the ERISA and other regulations for the benefit plans (Medical, Dental, Dependent Care, FSA, LTD, Life, etc.) and files 5500’s as appropriate; acts as the liaison with the outside Benefit Agency when appropriate - Acs as the liaison with the bankers and insurance brokers when required Implements and maintains the financial reporting structure for all organizational changes

Qualifications Education Required - Bachelors or better in Art or related field. Experience Required - 5 years: Related work experience - Experience working with Oracle Financials, creating ad-hoc reports, using Oracle SQL Preferred - QlikView or other BI tool experience - Experience with Oracle SR Process (My Oracle Support) preferred
