Summary
Bandwidth is seeking a Financial Analyst eager to roll up their sleeves and support our continued success. We offer a dynamic and challenging environment in which you will apply your financial analysis skills to support and improve the performance of our business.
Responsibilities
* Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions * Project monthly revenue through weekly reporting and analysis of customer billing data * Validate accuracy of vendor costs * Ensure accuracy of financial statements in monthly accounting close process * Perform monthly variance analysis of budgeted, forecasted and actual financial performance. * Evaluate customer profitability and pricing of new sales proposals * Create financial models to support tactical and strategic decision making such as business case development, cost analysis, and sensitivity analyses * Support the business on ad hoc projects and annual budgeting
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in financial analysis and planning. * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (finance, accounting, business administration or related field). * Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills. NetSuite, Tableau, ETL, MySQL, MS Access and Salesforce experience preferred, but not required. * Strong attention to detail with intensity around producing high quality products and meeting deadlines * Knowledge of income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statements and familiarity with basic accounting principles * Experience evaluating customer pricing and profitability preferred * Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally with peers and leadership. * Strong organizational and leadership skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Telecommunications Industry experience preferred, but not required
