Responsibilities

Manages the planning, development, implementation, and administration for a broad range of HR policies and programs including but not limited to: recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations and labor relations. Responsible for providing assistance and guidance to line management on a broad range of human resource policies, programs, and practices. Influences senior management to align with HR initiatives and execute a set people agenda that has already been set by a functional head. Advises company management in personnel policy and program matters, and recommends appropriate decisions. Work is completed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems.

HRBP experience supporting the Sales and Products functions: An advantage

Experience working in telecommunication companies: A must

Experience within the software/services space: an advantage

Ideal Candidate
  • Requires 5-7 years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Master’s Degree in relevant field(s): An advantage
  • Partner with multiple internal teams to implement objectives and initiatives and company-wide changes.
  • Excellent communication and partnership with Executive and Senior Leadership team.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Provide day to day performance management (coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions).
  • Provide guidance and input on business talent calibration, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Identifies trends and action plans to resolve issues.
