An Executive Sous Chef with The ONE Group supports the Executive Chef in all operational aspects of the business. S/he is second in command, being responsible for carrying out the Executive Chef’s requests and orders on all day to day operations of the restaurant, production, staff, and brand quality.
* A minimum of 3 years Sous Chef experience in big city, well known restaurants
* The ability to maintain labor, food costs, and inventory control
* Strong administrative, communication and leadership skills
* The ability to uphold standards for core menu items and contribute to seasonal changes, daily specials, and on and off-site menus
