• Maintains batching log with correct lot codes and ingredients.
• Programs mixing times and speeds according to recipe specifications.
• Weighs and preps. all ingredients for dough batch preparation.Maintains waist of production materials (ingredient bags, boxes, etc.) by loading onto a pallet and removing with pallet jack.
• Takes samples of dough to QA technician for pre-bake testing.
• Follows QA procedures on checking dough temperature prior to loading into Portioner.
• Closely monitors and correctly makes adjustments to mixer settings when completing special project batches. Communicates immediately to Supervisor/Lead any issues that arise.
• Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.,
• Ability to work at an elevated height,
• Ability to stand up to 8 hrs
