* Maintains batching log with correct lot codes and ingredients. * Programs mixing times and speeds according to recipe specifications. * Weighs and preps. all ingredients for dough batch preparation.Maintains waist of production materials (ingredient bags, boxes, etc.) by loading onto a pallet and removing with pallet jack. * Takes samples of dough to QA technician for pre-bake testing. * Follows QA procedures on checking dough temperature prior to loading into Portioner. * Closely monitors and correctly makes adjustments to mixer settings when completing special project batches. Communicates immediately to Supervisor/Lead any issues that arise. * Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality. * Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
