Receiving Clerk

We are currently looking for an Receiving Clerk to join our Assay & Refining Department at our headquarters in San Diego, California.

* Receive, inspect and record incoming scrap material for assay and transmit assay results to customers. * Prepare scrap materials for processing in line with the Standard Operating Procedures * Update inventory records in ERP system * Complete and document incoming scrap shipments in accordance with procedures * Perform assigned tasks with a high level of accuracy and in a timely fashion

* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. * 1-3 year clerical or inventory related experience in a manufacturing environment. * Operational familiarity with electronic balances * Microsoft Office product proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook. * Solid computer skills, preferably in ERP production software * Ability to read, write and speak English. * Quality conscious and excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast paced production environment. * Ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. * Ability to stand for extended periods of time * Attentiveness to detail and general math skills
