Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator to for a 3-4 month temporary assignment. This position will assist the HR department with Benefits, LOA, Workers Comp and other HR duties.

* Coordinate daily benefits administration including the processing of new hires, changes in status and terminations * Ensure paperwork and follow up is done for our employees on leave of absence. * Ensure timely completion of all workers’ compensation paperwork * Support recruiting through scheduling interviews, background checks, and onboarding as needed * Helps with New Hire Orientations * Assists with filing, benefits, new hire and termination paperwork * Assists in processing employee data in HRIS, which may include onboarding, employee personal information, status changes, benefits and terminations. * Assists with running reports * Other projects as assigned

* 2+ years working in Human Resources * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other related field * Applied knowledge of HR practices & principles and the laws and regulations affecting HR. * Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously and meet deadlines. * Excellent problem-solving skills; strong ability to proactively identify and implement effective solutions. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Experience working with ADP preferred
