Summary
The Digital Support Representative will perform an integral role in driving customer adoption of Argen Digital products and services. The Argen Digital offering is the newest and fasting growing business line within the company. The Digital Support Representative will be responsible for ensuring accounts are properly on-boarded for digital purchase, receive industry leading training on digital products, experience superior customer service and satisfaction, and stay loyal and consistent customers. The Digital Support Representative will work alongside the outside sales team to support their needs throughout the sales and fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities
* Schedule digital webinars on all digital product offerings * Field inbound digital leads and successfully guide all prospects through the digital onboarding process * Upsell existing accounts on digital products * Communicate effectively with the outside sales team to keep them apprised of all interactions with their accounts * Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure account order timelines, customer inquiries, and overall satisfaction exceeds expectations * Proactively ensure all accounts stay active purchasers of Argen digital products by reviewing transaction reports and following up with accounts appropriately * Log and triage inbound account inquiries, following processes to ensure all issues are resolved appropriately within team service level agreement * Effectively document all account interactions within Argen’s CRM and ERP systems * Provide feedback to business development on additional products to add to the digital product suite, as well as products being beta tested by customers * Provide feedback on the Argen website to improve usability and customer adoption and retention * Develop and evolve existing processes to improve the digital onboarding process and general purchasing procedures
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor degree from an accredited four year college or university * Fast learner with technical aptitude and high attention to detail * Multi-tasks effectively and efficiently, meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced team environment * Deliver a customer focused service to internal and external customers * Team player but can also work autonomously * Outgoing, friendly, enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive * Strong written and oral communication skills * Technical aptitude and analytical propensity
