Assistant Miller

As the world's population grows, so does demand for quality foods, feed ingredients for livestock, alternative fuels, and environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional chemicals. As one of the world's leading agricultural processors, ADM plays a pivotal role in meeting all of these needs.

This position is primarily a loader with duties including loading railcars and trailers with wheat flour. This position is on a 4-shift rotation.

* Inventory wheat and flour * Receive inbound wheat * Spot check grain grading * Reject substandard loads * Document unloading * Load Bulk Flour (Trailers and railcars) * Check tailings of bulk flour loads * Accurately record data on required documents * Assist Miller as needed * Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures (previous safety committee and/or other safety leadership experience is a plus)

* Must have a CDL (Will operate yard tractor and track-mobile) * Lift 50 pounds * Work from heights, sit, stand, kneel, crawl and bend * Work in variety of hot and cold, dusty conditions * Work overtime, weekends, and rotating shift
