Summary
AppNexus is looking for an Executive Assistant with strong Financial and Legal experience to support our SVP, General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an executive support role and will be energetic, detail-oriented, resourceful, highly organized and will have excellent multi-tasking abilities.
Responsibilities
* Provide overall administrative support to AppNexus’ SVP, General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer * Interface with members of the Board of Directors, Senior Executives, outside counsel, clients, partners and AppNexus staff; establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships * Organize and manage multiple complex calendars (Outlook), international travel and expense reports; prioritize and coordinate high volume and ever-changing schedules * Organize and help manage the logistics of regular Board of Director meetings * Manage outside counsel billing and other related matters * Track, prioritize and help drive completion to wide range ad-hoc projects and assignments * Exercise sound judgment, leadership skills and a positive attitude
Ideal Candidate
**About your skills:** * 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint * Exceptional written and oral communication skills * Impeccable attention to detail and professionalism * Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities in a rapid environment * Resourceful, proactive attitude * Ability to stay one step ahead of fast paced executives * Excellent organization and time/project management skills * Creative, solutions-oriented problem solving skills * Ability to work autonomously but also partner and collaborate **More about you:** * You are passionate about a culture of learning and teaching.
