Recruiter/Sales Accounting and Finance

We are looking to expand our staff in our IT/Engineering and Accounting & Finance Divisions! If you are outgoing, love to work with people and working in a fast paced environment then this is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Recruit qualified professionals for Direct Hire positions through the use of direct recruiting, social media/web research, referrals, and networking * Review resumes and conduct interviews with potential candidates * Qualify candidates for open client job roles * Interface with clients in all respects of client job orders * Maintain client and consultant satisfaction through follow up and quality control activities

* Bachelor Degree a plus * Recruiting experience a strong plus but not required * Strong work ethic and motivated by results * Team-focused attitude * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Eagerness to grow and learn through training
