Systems Engineer

AOL Lifestream is a web-based application that enables users to keep track of all their comments on social networking sites. Integrated with AIM Express, AIM 7, and AIM for Mac, users can publish their statuses, reply to comments on networking sites from their Lifestream tab, and more. AOL Lifestream is a product of AOL.

You’ll be a consultative, driven solutions engineer with experience in leading technical discussions about AOL’s video and display buying platforms. You will partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams to provide the right solution to the customer while working closely with our Client Strategy and Sales teams. The successful candidate needs to communicate effectively across multiple departments and customers, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoys the challenges of providing excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.

* Ensures proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers * Leads and assess technically-oriented customer conversations * Understands customer use cases and maps those to the AOL platform * Onboard new clients onto the AOL platform * Understand both video and display advertising ecosystem and can present technological concepts to business and operations people.
