Summary
We are looking to hire a Digital Media Buyer in our Los Angeles office. This is a full-time, on site position. You will work directly with our executive team and report directly to the CEO. You will actively participate in strategy, planning, buying, and executing digital campaigns including facebook, PLAs, 3rd party emails, native, display, and audio/video. Ideal candidates are both analytical (great with numbers and data and Excel) and pragmatic when it comes to applying the learnings.
Responsibilities
* Assist in creation of media plans in-line with tactical recommendation including all disciplines of the programmatic space. These will include but are not exclusive to Private Marketplaces, 1st Party Data, 2nd Party Data and 3rd Party data integrations. * Assist in development DMP custom audiences, best practices, and testing strategies. * Interface with vendors (Media Owners, DSPs, Exchanges, SSPs, DMPs) to push the envelope allowing Angelino's to be on leading edge of the programmatic space and bring true quality and award winning work to our clients * Assist in producing engaging campaigns, demonstrating the effectiveness of planning, testing and media optimization and management * Work closely with management and operations to ensure campaign goals are met
Ideal Candidate
* 6 months-1 year prior experience in programmatic or auction based media within an established media agency or in-house team is essential. * Knowledge of how to set up and optimize programmatic media to drive improvement in campaign performance. * Experience in brand campaigns is a plus. * Strong analytical skills; * Ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations. * A natural affinity with numbers is a must.
