**Work Experience:**
* Track supervisory experience with experience in all phases of track inspection, maintenance and construction
* Must be qualified on FRA Regulations
* Working knowledge of B&B, C&S, Track and ET Departments. Knowledge of track usage process
* Strong analytical skills, willingness to work in a detail oriented position
* Must be adaptable to changing requirements with demonstrated ability to work under tight time constraints and manage multiple priorities
* Effective writing, effective presentations, conducting meetings, conducting interviews, supervisory skills, advanced management and leadership, interpersonal communications, handling employee injuries, conducting investigations, PPE
* Must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills to deal with all levels of employees
**Preferred Work Experience:**
* Sr. management, project management, inventory management, technical supervision, effective communication, administration
* Planning/scheduling, budget/finance, field production methods, RR maintenance and construction methods, RR operations and procedures, spreadsheets
* Effective writing, effective presentations, conducting meetings, conducting interviews, supervisory skills, advanced management and leadership, interpersonal communications, handling employee injuries, conducting investigations, PPE
* Must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills to deal with all levels of employees
**Preferred Education:**
Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Personnel Management, Engineering or related field
**Communication and Interpersonal Skills:**
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
