Summary
As a Sr. Product Manager - Technical, you will own all aspects of your portfolio, from strategy to features to user experience to operational excellence. You will frequently work directly with your customers and partners to understand their needs from both a business and technical perspective. You will be responsible for defining customer focused feature sets, identifying bold bets and plans to grow the business globally. Your job responsibility will also include diving deep into customer usage and adoption signals, service metrics, building business and pricing models, representing WorkDocs to customers and senior leadership, and being the overall business owner of the product. As a product manager, you will have the autonomy, ownership, and responsibility to invent on behalf of enterprise customers and to deliver new products, features, and competitive strategies that meet your customers’ rapidly expanding needs
Responsibilities
* Work with enterprise customers to understand their use cases and their existing productivity problem sets and solutions. * Drive feature development and prioritization of the product roadmap * Work closely with the engineering to set strategy, define the product, and make the hard, high-judgment trade-offs between performance, features, and speed-to-market. * Perform analysis needed for a complete business model, including financial (P&L) models, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, pricing analysis, etc. Complete product management analysis and artifacts, including market requirements, feature roadmap, and customer experience artifacts.
Ideal Candidate
**Basic Qualifications** * BS or BA in computer science, engineering, math or equivalent * 5+ years of product management experience in cloud enabled software services * 3+ years of experience building data pipelines for customer/user insights to drive new features and increase adoption **Preferred Qualifications** * MBA * 8+ years of product management experience * Exemplary history of connecting customer needs to technical solutions * Prior experience of envisioning and building products for enterprise customers * Experience with web services, big data technologies and data visualizations * Entrepreneurial spirit, with track record for delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environments * Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams * Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
