Identity and Access Management Lead Consultant

Allstate is seeking an individual that will define the Identity & Access Management strategy, drive the implementation of the strategy and continually update the strategy as the security landscape changes.

* Defining, supporting and implementing Allstate’s Identity & Access Management strategy * Role definition strategy * Security entitlement strategy * AIM roadmap implementation * Translating business requirements into specific system, application or process designs. * Requirements gathering, designing, implementing and testing of enterprise level IAM solutions and providing professional quality documentation. * Working cross functional areas and partner with key stakeholders in ensures successful implementation and operation of all IAM service capabilities. * Lead technical engagements and small teams, working with management and delivery teams.

* Strong ability to look at big pictures, connect the dots and build the solution * Self-motivated and works well under pressure * Willingness to take on risks, adaptive, quick learner and take on challenging initiatives * Team player but can also work independently * Demonstrable knowledge of significant technology or business process and ability to maintain and extend such knowledge * Strong problem solving skills and ability to suggest technical solutions to problems where required * Strong logical and analytical approach * Good listening and communication skills * A demonstrated understanding of emerging technologies and technology trends The following qualifications are a must for the successful candidate. Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards Proven experience in building out business requirements for IAM system Proven experience in leading and delivering complex security projects Fundamental knowledge of Security Risk Management Familiarity with IT security considerations and recommended practices
