Hosting Solutions Client Service Manager

The primary purpose of this role is to interact with Health Executives and Managers to facilitate expedient resolution to issues and requests.

* Coordinates activities with technical resources and clients to ensure smooth implementation * Interacts with Healthcare Executives and Managers to facilitate expedient resolution to issues and requests * Adds value to Allscripts and our clients through organization, facilitation, and relationship building * Is aware of any event relating to application hosting and hardware hosting that may impact either client site or hosting site * Completes Administrative reporting as requested * Provides escalation of critical or SLA impacting events as needed * Monitors changes at hosting site and provides awareness of those changes to healthcare client * Interacts with management as needed regarding process implementation and changes * Understands technical organization both within hosting location as well as client site * Provides situational awareness of issues to the management team * Maintain a current understanding of client environment change control requests * Review Monthly Remote Hosting Review PowerPoint presentations with assigned clients and consults team leads to address any client concerns * Ensure all SEV1 and RCA work is completed for your clients

* 5-7 years industry experience * Well versed in MS Office Suite * Experience in Health Care Environment * Ability to work well in critical situations * Ability to multitask effectively * Previous Management experience * Excellent organizational skills * Ability to interact with Hospital Leaders * Willingness to provide availability outside typical business hours * Strong relationship building skills * Technical Skillset in Citrix, SQL, Networking, Oracle, or Windows a Plus * Ability to work without constant supervision
