• You’re able to work on two clients at once, with multiple projects happening on each client
• You have great client-facing skills; emails and phone calls are your thing
• You’ve got digital production experience cause we do a fair bit of that

• Are you a self-starter?
• Are you passionate about what you do?
• Do you like collaborating, adapting, entrepreneur-ing, problem solving, steering while you row, working directly with clients and vendors, wearing multiple hats and otherwise doing things that one does in a smaller agency?
• Can you survive Shawna’s occasional 60’s folk rock binge?
