Solutions Engineers - Multiple Locations Job

Solutions Engineers (SEs) are the technical arm of the America’s field sales team who employ industry expertise to diagnose the business and technical needs of customers and prescribe innovative solutions that meet those needs. As part of an integrated account team support model, SEs work closely with Sales to acquire new customers and expand our positions within existing customers. SEs also work with Professional Services, Business Support and Technical Support to ensure the value received from Akamai products, services and support meets or exceeds customer expectations.
