Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administration Coordinator to join our Administration Delivery Services group. This team is a support function whose goal is to ensure high levels of services by creating a single point of contact for local business units promoting ease of use and seamless access when requiring any Administrative service. Examples include: mail distribution, document management, procurement of equipment, audio visual conference scheduling, hoteling/travel for visiting guest services, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal business leaders and outside guests
  • Conference room /phones /audio visual set ups
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve administrative delivery issues
  • Organize location and facility support inclusive of reception, porter, pantry services
  • Project work to include gathering and researching information. Use of Excel and other MS Office suite
  • General shared office support
  • All other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
  • 2-3 years administration coordination experience, preferable in a large organization
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple assignments and projects simultaneously
  • A background in executive meeting planning and audio visual conference set-ups
  • Excel skills a must, along with MS office suite
  • Willingness to pitch in to get things done
  • Basic project management skills
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • College degree or relevant work experience
