UAV Marketing Specialist

AGCO is currently seeking a UAV Marketing Specialist to join our Sales & Marketing team in Batavia, IL. The UAV Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of projects and products such as the SOLO™ AGCO EDITION Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). The UAV Marketing Specialist will take ownership of products through their life cycle and will responsible for directing project-related activities in order to fulfill the strategic vision of AGCO Corporation’s Parts Division. In addition, the UAV Marketing Specialist will be expected to collaborate heavily with dealers and other functional areas of AGCO Parts in order to achieve sustained growth.

- Develop programs that maximize AGCO's market share for assigned UAV product lines - Interface with dealers to understand needs and secure appropriate project buy-in/sign-off - Ensure alignment of new UAV products with entire AGCO Parts portfolio - Provide Project Management efforts specific to new UAV product developments - Perform communication and status reporting pertaining to vendor management, risk management, stakeholder management, deliverable management, and scope management - Provide key stakeholders with regular status updates related to project status, issues, and risks

**Required Qualifications of the UAV Marketing Specialist:** - 1 + years of experience piloting and selling Drones, UAVs or UAS's - Strong understanding of Aviation - Robust marketing and sales skills **Preferred Qualifications of the UAV Marketing Specialist:** - 1+ years of product management experience - 2+ years of marketing experience - 1+ years of agricultural experience - Pilot's License **Education of the UAV Marketing Specialist:** * Bachelor's degree
