Senior Marketing Specialist

AGCO is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Sales & Marketing team in Batavia, IL. The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for providing technical product sales information to AGCO and Challenger dealers. The Senior Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for product marketing planning aimed to strengthen AGCO’s brands and the company’s reputation amongst dealers, customers, employees, and shareholders.

• Work with Product Marketing Managers to develop programs and initiatives that target brand and product growth
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to support launches of new products and programs
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive competitive database of specifications, photos, and other product information
• Collaborate with Product Training to introduce new products at national introductions; act as key player in 'follow-up' regional introductions
• Develop support materials and product sales presentations for new product introductions
• Create competitive product comparisons to enhance market position

Required Qualifications of the Senior Marketing Specialist:

• 3+ years of product management marketing experience
• Exposure to industrial or automotive industries

Education of the Senior Marketing Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree required
