Customer Service Representative

AGCO is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative III to join our team in Batavia, IL. The Customer Service Representative will ultimately be responsible for fielding inbound customer calls from North American dealers as it relates to specific parts orders. In addition, the Customer Service Representative will collaborate other departments within AGCO to deliver parts order information to customers over the phone and re-direct calls to the appropriate personnel when necessary.

* Provide superior customer service to AGCO’s North American dealer network * Handle parts orders for dealers and respond to inquiries about product availability and price * Research claims for dealer returns regarding on time delivery and dealer order system * Answer incoming dealer calls regarding technical information, parts, and product promotions * Collaborate with other departments to perform research on dealer field complaints * Make low-level monetary decisions regarding freight and discount issues with dealers * Oversee global inventory and make decisions to move stock based on priority of back orders

**Required Education and Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative III:** * 5+ years of customer service experience * Advanced proficiency with MS Office and MS Access * High School Diploma or GED **Preferred Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative III:** * Prior work with an organization that produces or sells heavy construction or agricultural equipment * Familiarity with parts or dealer service departments, parts operations, and manufacturing * Technical, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree * Fluency in Spanish or French
