Software Developer

The Application Developers role is to analyze, design, develop and test software applications, primarily using the Microsoft development platform. This includes researching, designing, documenting and modifying software throughout the development life cycle. The role will focus on technically innovative and architecturally advanced solutions.

The Application Developer will troubleshoot complex production incidents and software errors, evaluates business needs, mentor fellow developers, and collaborate with application designers. This role will also create development and design documents, build and operate unit testing, and participate with deployment and implementation activities. Application Developers are expected to participate in both complex, technically challenging projects, as well as production analysis, production break fixes and other production support activities. Developers will work on multiple project rotations with numerous opportunities to work with the latest technologies.
