Summary
TheSenior Developer Managerwill be responsible for managing a team of developers and responsible for individual development projects.
Responsibilities
**Development Key Responsibilities:** * Develop features and improvements for an ASP.NET and C# web application * Work with team of development managers on software architecture and development lifecycle improvements and efficiencies * Create and modify stored procedures and other SQL queries * Become an general expert on the codebase **Management Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as a mentor to new hires to become familiar with the bswift codebase and development lifecycle * Create and improve training plans and documentation for the development team * Create and improve performance evaluation and metrics for the development team * Be readily available to the development and product teams for assistance and guidance on both technical and business related challenges
Ideal Candidate
* At least 8 years of work experience in software development * Experience with ASP.NET, C#, and SQL * Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems * Experience with Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, and SQL Server Management Studio * Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel are critical.
