Financial Services Documentation Specialist

We are currently looking for re-documentation specialists to join their Global Wealth Management Operations team to review returned forms and submit workflows to establish suitability records in the workflow tool. This person will work with multiple departments and have high communication with multiple individuals. The team is comprised of 500 members and one of their main hubs is in Chicago. This team provides end to end support for all aspects of the client banking experience.

* Perform authority verifications on documents received for processing * Initiate and/or verify maintenance workflows * Validate digital suitability workflows * Imaging documents into the documentation repository * Perform project related tasks associated with client suitability * Perform suitability updates/maintenance based on client and/or investor instructions * Review client documentation to ensure suitability is documented accurately * Perform verification for work processed by team members to identify/resolve issues * Act as the escalation point for issues, which involves working with the Front/Middle office to resolve questions, investigate issues and devlop a satisfactory response to the client's concerns * Assist with testing and implementing for system enhancements

* 1-5 years of relatable experience within banking/document control * Experience identifying and recommending process improvements
