Senior Program Manager

As new member of the newly formed "Adobe Platform and Developer Ecosystem organization, the Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for executing Adobe wide initiatives to foster a unified foundation for the Adobe Creative, Marketing and Document Cloud. This position requires technical depth, operational discipline as well as excellent communication skills. You will work closely with senior leadership, engineering teams and program mangers across the company to drive the complete program lifecycle, which includes defining the roadmap for current projects, set expectations with various stakeholders and keeping our core teams but also related groups accountable for their commitments. The successful candidate is a proven leader, passionate about creating world-class cloud services, an effective communicator and diplomatic enough to navigate diverse interests. Our environment is very fast-paced, and requires someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and equally comfortable leading high-level conversations across decision-makers while digging into details of the projects. Your mission will be to create, communicate and execute our roadmap. You will serve as a point of contact across the organization. You will foster a fast-paced growth environment where we make decisions and then design, build and ship high-quality products on time. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to create committed roadmaps * Track execution, report status and keep relevant Adobe teams involved * Identify resource constraints across the company to fill gaps adequately * Create internal branding site/messaging together with marketing director * Highlight status and concerns on key objectives to large audience/c-level * Establish communication across the organization to keep teams involved * Establish cross-company leadership (architects) workshops, notes, actions

* Proven leader with 7 year experience creating high-performing, inclusive, fun teams * Track record of software project management and leadership (roadmap and execution) * Deep understanding of a software life-cycle and successfully released products or shared technology * Highly savvy in setting expectation across multiple teams while managing risks across all levels * Background on core technology or platform development, interaction with developers a big bonus * Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority * Excellent communication skills across all levels in a large enterprise * Experience working with teams that employ agile and open development software development methodologies * B.S. or M.S. degree (degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent is a bonus) * Flexibility to travel (international) to stay in touch with teams and stakeholders
