Working as part of the BPO Marketing team, the BPO Offerings Marketing Manager will help support and deliver integrated activities in all of the following areas:

Marketing Strategy & Positioning
-
Ensure offering marketing strategy and positioning are consistent with and support Accenture Operations overall strategy and our BPO positioning
-
Work with senior level stakeholders to inform, develop and communicate latest BPO offering messaging and positioning internally and externally
-
Work with analyst relations, media and third-party advisor teams to help position Accenture as market leaders in BPO via briefings and interviews
-
Offering Messaging, Packaging and Management
-
Work with offering leadership, sales teams and other SMEs to package and promote BPO overall and individual offerings to position Accenture in the market and support sales
-
Think like a digital marketer and apply digital strategies to marketing programs.

Devise and implement digital marketing programs to capture share of voice and position Accenture’s BPO offerings
-
Provide leadership and counsel to Accenture Operations and BPO offering-specific branding efforts
-
Drive communication of market offerings such as credentials, events, thought leadership, internal communications, etc.

Assist with the capture and dissemination of offering facts and stats
-
Special BPO wide Initiatives
-
Assist leadership with special BPO marketing or leadership projects as needed
This is a small and collaborative team who work closely with the other growth platforms, especially Technology, Digital, Strategy as well as industry marketing to create effective and successful marketing programs. There will be team management responsibilities and this person will be expected to participate in activities ranging from creative brainstorms to presenting about BPO activities in broader Marketing and Communications forums.
Basic Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 8 years of experience with strong emphasis in the external marketing space

Bachelor's Degree or other 4-year University Degree
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong experience in external communications and strong understanding of Technology

A team player, able to solve problems and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Ability to manage and build relationships in a matrixed organizational environment

Passion for strategic, well-executed marketing programs

Knowledge of and experience in digital and social marketing techniques

Experience in overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines; experience in developing and managing budgets

Strong project management, organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

Ability to manage vendors

Ability to manage programs with minimal supervision
