Claims Administration Analyst

Acadia is recruiting for a Claims Administration Analyst. In this role, you will be involved with claims system and program development testing, claim system training for employees, and serve as technical resource for claims employees on various claims system matters. You will play an important role as we develop, test, and implement our new claims system, Guidewire ClaimCenter. You will serve as a liaison between the Claims Department and Acadia’s IT Department, our corporate IT department, and other claim system operating units on various issues and projects. Additional responsibilities include development of claim forms, data quality and reports, and various research.

* Our ideal candidate will have the ability to learn and use new systems quickly, work well in a collaborative environment, manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously, have good written and verbal communication skills, be flexible and be a creative thinker. * A bachelor’s degree or two to four years of experience with claims systems, system development, and and/or claim system training.
