Candidate must be a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to effectively manage their own tasks and periodically a small staff.

* Fabrication duties such as installation of parts, pieces and elements of a designated project and welding to secure fastening for pieces including in the final product. * Treatment and repair of metal surfaces to conform to design and ensure safe usage. * Carpentry duties such as constructing, erecting, restoring, installing and repairing structures or fixtures of wood and other materials. * Using necessary welding and carpenter’s tools in designing, assembling and repairing structures or fixtures. * Maintaining the shop and equipment used in the assembly process.

* A high school diploma or GED; * Current welding certification from an approved institution; * Carpentry knowledge and experience; * Must be capable of performing tasks such as measuring, cutting, sizing and assembling; * Strong mathematical and analytic skills to read blueprints and layout work assignments; * Understanding structural basics including rigging, welding, erection and reinforcements; * Ability to organize assigned tasks for completion alone or with help; * Ability to envision all steps in assigned tasks; * 5+ years previous experience in similar role; and * Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs.
