Summary
This role is all about building relationships with vendors and our internal and third-party teams and matching potential vendors to our projects. You’ll develop contracts and coordinate tests – making sure both the vendor and the dev teams are well prepared and on the ball. You’ll also ensure strong communication channels between these teams and maintain timely deliveries and payments.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with current vendors and building relationships with * potential new ones * Work closely with internal teams to identify needs, and parse those requests into contract * specifications * Work closely with creative and legal teams to setup contract language, including specifying * technical details and delivery specs * Collaborate with Publishing Art Director, Technical Director, and Development Team to build * tests – and then manage the testing process * Supervise vendor engagements, ensuring timely deliveries of content from both the vendor and * the dev team, and monitor communications, facilitating when issues arise * Review deliverables to ensure all parties are adhering to best practices and technical requirements * Ensure absolute parity between all internal and external parties

Above all, the ideal candidate must provide steadfast guidance and support amidst the sometimes-chaotic nature of game development. **Minimum Requirements:** * Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to break down complicated goals into detailed, * digestible and clear content descriptions * Able to articulate contractual needs to 2K lawyers as contracts are being written * Artistic background with the ability to open 2D and 3D files and evaluate content to ensure * proper deliveries * Highly collaborative and able to communicate gracefully * Proven management and external team-building skills
