Responsibilities
We are in need of seasoned and professional travel agents that have at least 3 years experience at a leisure or corporate travel agency with core skills including air ticket fulfillment, ticket exchange processing, customer service handling, and understanding of payment back office settlement.
Ideal Candidate
* Strong Sabre Host knowledge including pricing and self-ticketing and complex exchanges. Must be able to pass a Sabre GDS test in building and pricing a PNR.
* Experience in Domestic and International reservations
* Responsive Customer Service skills
* Professional written and verbal communication
* Computer literacy
* Ability to work from home efficiently
* Bilingual a plus
