Responsibilities
* Proofreading and preparing documents for filing with US Patent Office and courts
* Preparing flow charts and simple illustrations in Visio
* Research of existing technologies
* Research of legal procedures
* Assisting with client billing and documentation
* Maintaining client docket and correspondence
Ideal Candidate
* College degree
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills- knowledge of advanced features
* High level of proof reading ability - past editing experience a plus
* Proficiency in Visio a plus
* Word Press experience a plus
* Organization ability to maintain electronic and paper documents and maintain dockets of legal matters.
