Community Guidelines for Employers

The following guidelines are for employers in posting jobs and communicating with job seekers. Please abide by these guidelines. Failure to abide by these guidelines may result in a suspension or permanent ban of your account and/or organization.

Job Posting Guidelines

All job posts must be posted by the employer. We do not allow job posts from 3rd party placement agencies or independent recruiters.

  • Jobs must be relevant for a US-based job seeker or job seeker seeking a primarily US-based job.
  • Each job post must be for one open role at one location. For example, one post can be for "customer service representative", even if you have ten open positions at a location. However, you cannot post for a “customer service representative” and a “customer service manager” in the same job post.
  • Also, locations are independent and jobs in different locations must be posted separately.

Jobs cannot be illegal or in the following industries:

  • Pornographic
  • Gambling
  • Multi-level-marketing
  • Unethical or Hazardous to Society
